Looking for Volunteers to Coordinate and Drive for Events
AT's participation in public events like the Blues Bash and regular events like our weekly table in Tienmu near the Yang Ming Vet Clinic have really helped us to get more exposure, raise money and increase our sponsorship and adoption rates. We have many devoted volunteers who help us out on a regular basis and we really appreciate that. At the moment, we have two regular events, one in Tienmu and one at Grandma Nitty's and generally do two or three additional events each month.

Right now, we need volunteers who can coordinate these events and drive dogs and merchandise to and from the events. For driving, volunteers can use their own vehicle or the AT car. If you want more details or are interested please contact .

REGULAR EVENTS 定期活動

天母活動-活動時 間：於十月起， 每週六下午 4 時～ 晚上 10 點 活動地點：中山南路與天母西路交叉的十字路口。 無論是從籌集資金，或是尋獲贊助者幫助我們的動物的角度而言，這個活動是非常的成功。這個長期的活動對於 “ 領養 ” 而言也是個非常好的管道，因為它提供我們一個對公開大眾來展現我們的狗狗的機會。由於這是一個固定的活動，所以如果人們無法前往我們的場所，而希望看看我 們的狗狗，他們可以安排星期六來趟天母。 如果你住在天母或附近，並且有興趣幫助我們，請聯絡 。

Flea Market at Grandma Nitti's No.8, Lane 93, Shi Da Road, Taipei (Grandma Nitti's Restaurant) Sundays, 4pm-8pm By now, most people are familiar with AT's weekly flea market at Grandma Nitty's. A great place to get some great bargains, anything from books to clothes, toys to DVD's. Prices range from $10 to $400. All the money raised goes to help the stray animals, so why not do a little bargain shopping and help the animals at the same time!

台北美國學校 2007 年 10 月 27 日 週六，天母台北美國學校。 “ 動物台灣 AT” 總是期待著參加由台北美國學校所舉辦的各式活動。今年，我們計畫在活動中能募得些可觀的的捐款以及招募新的志願者。

Blues Bash Saturday, November 17th, Sunday, November 18th, 2007 - This is the second year AT has participated in the Blues Bash. Despite the rain and very cold weather we still managed to get some great donations and introduce ourselves to many new people.

藍調音樂節 2007年11 月17、18 日 星期六、日。今年是第二年 “ 動物台灣 AT” 參加打擊藍調的活動。儘管活動當天下著雨，天氣又非常寒冷，我們依然設法獲得了些可觀的捐款，並且有幸介紹我們這個團體給許多的新朋友。

Guling Street Craft Market Event Saturday, November 24th, Sunday, November 25th - At this event, we got 3 new sponsors for our dogs (Lucy, Roobarb and Judy) and raised a lot of money in donations.

牯嶺街工藝市場活動 2007年11月24、25日，星期六、日。在此活動中，我們的狗狗（露西， 羅伯和朱迪）分別有了新贊助者，活動也獲得了很多的捐款。

Taipei European School

Sanae, Mayumi, Kim, Brendan, Jenna and Sally devoted their day to raising both funds and public awareness of AT, although everyone admits that the first beings that people saw were Roobarb, Wendell and Lai Lai, three friendly and outgoing dogs currently housed at AT's holding facility who came out and got lots of attention from those passing by.

All in all, nearly $10,000 was raised to help Animals Taiwan and a definite splash was made in our public awareness. ( Story written by Jenna Kwiatoski)

台北歐洲學校12 月1日 週六，天母"台北歐洲學校"在天母校區舉辦他們的耶誕義賣活動時，住在天母的外國人以及當地居民彷彿也 嚐到了耶誕節的味道。 “ 動物台灣 -AT” 也大力參與這次的活動，我們租借靠近活動入口的主要攤位，這個好位子讓我們並得已與民眾接觸交談、募集捐款。有別於傳統寒冷下雪的天氣，活動當天是個 溫和日麗的好天氣，但是，這一點也不會影響美好的節慶氣氛，人潮不斷的湧入活動現場；許多人駐足在"台灣動物 -AT"的攤位前，詢問著我們有關於 我們這個組織是在做甚麼 ? 以及我們是如何運作 … 等等事宜。

雖然大家表示人們第一眼注意到 是我們三個活潑外向又友善的狗狗 - Roobarb( 羅布博 ), Wendell( 文達 ) 和 Lai Lai( 來來 ) ，他們目前住在 “ 台灣動物 -AT” 的 收容所，這次難得出來參加活吸引了過路的人們不少目光；可是 Sanae ( 莎娜 ) , Mayumi ( 麻由美 ), Kim ( 金 ), Brendan ( 布萊登 ), Jenna( 珍娜 ) 以及 Sally( 莎莉 ) 花了一整天的時間在活動中籌募基金以及吸引民眾對我們"台灣動物 -AT"的關注，實在功不可沒阿。

總括而言，這次的活動我們募集了近新台幣一萬元的基金幫助 “ 台灣動物 ” 協會，並成功的吸引外界大眾對我們的關注。 (文-Jenna Kwiatoski)

The Annual Pet Festival always results in at least a couple of adoptions, not to mention some great donations and a lot of exposure. At this year's Pet Festival we found new homes for three of our puppies, got six new sponsors, raised almost 90,000NT through donations and merchandise sales AND recruited many new volunteers.

2008年度寵物節- 信義新光三越廣場1月4、5、6日週五、六、日，中午至晚上九時。
年度寵物節不論是領養或捐款總是在最後時刻大有斬獲 ！在這次活動中，動物台灣的曝光度也大大增加！這一次我們一共幫三 隻狗兒找到新家，新增了六位贊助人，在捐款及販售商品方面募集了將 近新台幣九萬元，還有吸收了許多志工新血。
