Rescue Center Group Tours

Our Beitou Rescue Center is a no-kill shelter for injured and sick stray animals. The mission goals of the center are to:

1. remove animals from life-threatening situations
2. provide medical care and rehabilitation as necessary
3. place animals in secure adoptive homes

Animals Taiwan believes in giving every animal the chance of a fulfilling life, free of abuse and suffering.

We offer tours of our rescue center consisting of an introduction to our center, the services we provide and an explanation of how we care for the animals. There are outside areas that we like guests to visit, weather permitting, so dress appropriately. An added feature of the tour is an opportunity for participants to walk the dogs at an area adjacent to the center. Before doing so, our rescue staff will provide pet handling training. This is the highlight for our dogs and they look forward to your visit.
